Photographer Catherine Buchanan was educated at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and at the Pacific Northwest College of the Arts in Portland, Oregon. She has lived in Baja California Sur for over twenty years. The incomparable beauty of the Baja peninsula, and the unique quality of the sunlight that illuminates it, are continuous sources of inspiration for Catherine's photography.
