Despite the damage suffered during Hurricane Odile, Diamante has
announced that their new El Cardonal Tiger Woods course will open as scheduled
on December 16th.
“We still have a lot of work to do in the coming weeks,” said a
spokesperson “and the course landscaping
and clubhouse finishes will still need some work after the Opening.
Nevertheless, both Diamante and the Tiger Woods Design Team believe that
getting El Cardonal open in December is best for our Members and an overall
positive for the Cabo San Lucas community after the storm.”
A Member event is planned with a limited number of special
guests on Opening Day. The event will include Tiger and his team, great
food and beverages, and, of course, golf for the lucky few able to play that
day..
