Rock & Brews celebrates great Rock & Roll, Beers, Burgers, Pizza and more all in our Backstage Beergarden.
Dave Furano, veteran Rock promoter along with the legendary Bill Graham, was the tour manager for many great tours including the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, the Grateful Dead, The Doors, the Allman Brothers, George Harrison and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. At every major concert, Furano had to create the ultimate backstage experience for the band's friends and family to hang out before and after the concert, including their favorite food, beer and memorabilia.
Furano has teamed with Michael Zislis, restaurant impresario and owner of Rock'n Fish Manhattan Beach, LA Live, Brewco, Circa and Shade Hotel to bring to El Segundo and the South Bay a great combination of original iconic Rock & Roll Art, a broad selection of Artisan Beers, great Pizza and Rockin' good music and Food.
Rock & Brews Beer Garden is set in an outdoor patio and beer garden decked out like the backstage of a big rock tour surrounded with the band's favorite and rare concert posters and photos. Michael will offer his top menu selections based on many of the bands' favorite foods and from his restaurants making the Rock & Brews Beer Garden, El Segundo the hottest new restaurant.
