All this is thanks to Jack Nicklaus who designed the course, which opened in 2014. Created as “an exclusive amenity for guests of the Quivira community and Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts and Spas”. Quivira is undoubtedly a world class course. And has already won a host of awards – including “Best New International Course” by GOLF Magazine, and “2014 Development of the Year” by Golf Inc. The success of the golf course has also had a very positive effect on real estate sales in the Quivira community.
