A new small organic market taking place every Thursday in the cozy patio of El Encanto Inn, is fast becoming the newest charming addition to the vitality and culture of the historic downtown colonial area in San Jose del Cabo. ''The organic market has been a lot of fun for our guests,'' said El Encanto Inn Guest Relations Manager, Cliff Ulen, as popularity of the three weeks-old organic market has begun to spread.
