Fears that missing  Mexican tourist may have been eaten by sharks in Cabo Pulmo National Park...

The alarm was raised on Sunday morning, by a group of friends who had spent the night on Los Arbolitos beach, in Cabo Pulmo.

Apparently, they  last saw 33 year old Andrés Rozada Diego Fernandez, at around 17.00 hours on Saturday afternoon, when he had set off on a walk around the beach.

There has been a lot of speculation in various media that his shorts, sunglasses and pieces of skin with marks teeth marks of sharks have been found. But none of these details have been confirmed.

The Director of Civil Protection of the municipality Of Los Cabos, Marco Vázquez Rodríguez, says he is still officially listed as “missing”.

The authorities launched an official search and rescue operation yesterday. And began again this morning. Federal helicopters, a Navy boat continues, and other local teams are all involved in the search.
