The second Los Cabos Half Marathon was launched by the
Ministry of Tourism yesterday and is set for February 8.
The 21 Km (13mile) route has been planned to give a scenic
view to the runners with “golf courses, beach, gardens, the marina and the
historic center of San José del Cabo” , said Roxana Silva , director of the
Half Marathon .
The organizers expect to have 1,500 runners divided into 5
categories , which is up 50% from last year.
It is expected that most of the participants will be from
the United States, Canada and Switzerland, among others , along with a wide
participation of runners from Mexico .
Registration online is open now and will be available until Friday February 6th at 8 pm.
