Dolores has now been upgraded to hurricane status as forecast and is tracking west/northwest away from Los Cabos at this time but monitoring of its progress is still advised.
Swells generated by Dolores are expected to affect the southwestern coast of Mexico and the Baja California peninsula during the next few days, and could cause life-threatening surf and rip current conditions.
