Happy New Year Cabo

Date Published:

We would just like to take this opportunity to thank all of the visitors to this website, and all of the local businesses who have supported us in 2014.

We started this site in June 2014 and have frankly been overwhelmed by the response. Since June 1st we have had over 181000 visitors to the site and they have viewed a total of 421,555 pages of content on iTravel-Cabo.com

One of the primary aims of the website is to connect visitors with local businesses so that folks can find what they need and want in Cabo quickly. This provides a valuable free information service to tourists (and locals alike) and also helps to connect Cabo businesses directly to their customers.

We are delighted to say that we directed over 9000 inquiries through the site to local Cabo businesses in our first 6 months.

There was no doubt that during the Odile crises we were able to provide a valuable up to date news service as we were the ONLY news website in Los Cabos that was operational at that time, and after that we were proud to play a part in the recovery by running free ads, promotions and news for any local business that wanted to take advantage of that.

We have never seen Cabo so strong as after that disaster and our hats are off to everyone who was involved in the remarkable recovery.

Because of Odile, no one will forget 2014; but they should remember it not for the devastation, but for the spirit of the people of Los Cabos who effected such a remarkable turnaround in fortunes in response to a disaster that would have crushed many so-called “developed” nations.

So we raise a glass for 2015 to the people of Los Cabos, the local businesses who work so hard to make the tourists welcome, and to the tourists themselves who make it all possible by keeping coming, come what may.

We look forward to serving you even better in 2015 and wish everyone health, wealth and happiness.
