A fashion company has emerged as one of the first organizations to try to collect money for a relief effort in Los Cabos.
CA Limited have pledged that for every $20 T-shirt, they will donate $10 to the relief fund.
This is obviously a worthy aim however at this time we do not know exactly which relief fund that will be therefore we urge folks to perhaps ask questions of the company before they purchase anything, or wait until there are clear channels through which to donate their dollars. Not that we are suggesting for a second that there is any risk in supporting CA Limited, but it is simply that there is no information on their website about who will actually get the money: which is the important thing.
For example the American Red Cross carries a story about Hurricane Odile - but there is no appeal for donations. It is too early yet and there has probably been no official request for charity help from the authorities.
