With the peak of the holiday season upon us and most folks
preparing for their annual vacation to Cabo, or perhaps returning to winter here,
the weather is the main concern for everyone.
The good news is that the hurricane season is well behind us
now and temperatures have cooled significantly meaning that the days are warm,
sunny and pleasant with cooler evenings.
It is an almost impossible task for any reporter to come up
with inventive cliché’s about the weather in Los Cabos…the fact is that it will
be sunny almost every day!
Even when the professional forecasts predict some passing
cloud or sprinkling, if you mention that to a savvy local they will frown and
shake their head at you.
All the activity companies will be getting busy now so it
pays to do a little research and perhaps book before you arrive. The whales are
also here now and the whale watching tours will be starting soon – so take a
look at our section on it and make some plans to see this amazing spectacle. Fishing
is great in December too with all of the local charter companies already reporting
good catches of marlin and dorado. And you can't pick a better time for a round of golf in paradise! Water temperatures are typically around 75 degrees so getting wet is not a chore and with a multitude of watersports to choose from you will not be disappointed. Of course...you can always just hit the beach and chill out...what could be a better way to spend a day followed by a relaxing spa?
Of course - December is a popular month for weddings in Los Cabos simply because the weather is so perfect and so predictable that you are near guaranteed that glorious romantic sunset shot for your wedding album.
