Cabo airport to double business aviation

Date Published:

Amidst the growth in passenger numbers and new flight routes to Cabo, Martin Pablo Zazueta director of Los Cabos International Airport, announces a major investment to increase capacity for business aviation and improvements in VIP facilities.

“We are building a platform for business aviation to double what we currently have and it will be ready for this summer – this is an important market sector for Los Cabos."

Total investment in the project is estimated at around 30 million pesos.

Zazueta also outlined other expansion and improvement projects that the Pacific Airport Group has in mind for Cabo. Part of these will include major extensions to Terminal 2 to provide greater capacity for the projected rise in air passengers. To achieve this investment to the tune of one billion dollars is expected over the next 4 years.
