Overall Catch Success Rate 95% (all species combined) BILLFISH: Fishing is stupendous in Cabo right now, lots of striped marlin, loads of dorado the Captain Ricardo Agundez on board Ursula IV have a lot reports for striped marlins and Dorados They headed up the Pacific and picked up ten dorado off of Las Margaritas. OTHER SPECIES: Yellow fin tuna were by far the most numerous sportfish caught in Cabo this week with almost eighty percent of boats catching between two and thirty six fish in a day ranging in size from 20 to 30 lbs. The majority of the tuna were found 20 to 23 miles out from the Lighthouse and took cedar plugs more than any other lure. Although more scattered showers forecast these days, we see excellent weather for our fishing. Hope to have an excellent and long season as each year at this time.
